No the very fact that Pep will be forced to take his team to play in the Europa is the trolling part.
Where he takes them afterwards is irrelevant.
On a  serious note of course He will deliver success with them. Their unlimited resources will make sure that sadly.

Na that team need quite a lot of rebuilding . Barring their front 4 theres a lot of mediocrity within them and probably would be needing 4-5 new players next season. So it will take him some doing to actually win it if they have EL too to content with.
Having said that with the 'quality' of the PL right now we never know lol. They just need to become the one eyed among all the blind (that added quality and incentive which pep can provide) and yea they can win the thing hehe.

Not to win this league they don't lol, playing for a manager they respect will get instant improvement and they'll obviously buy quality.
