FINALLY got around to watching Wolf Children. Mamoru Hosoda is definitely up there with Miyazaki and Shinkai when it comes to anime movies.

Yeah its in my backlog, i still need to go thru tons of anime like History's Strongst Disciple, Berserk, Code Geass, Soul Eater etc

None of those are your type maybe bar code gayass. Magi is very much your type.

Boku No Hero is the best modern day shonen, it reminds me of old school Naruto (pre-timeskip), the cast is great and the interactions are funny, i thought it was going to be a Faairy Tail 2.0, but its so much better, really love it

if I had a time machine I wouldn't go back to the past with euromillions lottery numbers but go back to school and form a volleyball team ffs

Definitely one series I won't read the manga when I'm caught up and just wait for the anime's new seasons

Anyways. Watched Erased. Pretty good. started amazing, middle was decent and intriguing, ending was a bit underwhelming. Felt like it had great potential but would have been better with 2 seasons.

8/10 overall

Erased was trash. Actually, the hype when it started was crazy. Almost Attack on Titan level. Started amazing like you said, thought it was on course to be one of the best anime I'd seen but then just became standard and rushed. Went from potential GOAT to just another seasonal anime for me. I heard it was an issue with the anime though, they rushed the culprit's motivations and scenes towards the end compared to the manga that spent more time fleshing him out.

Erased is good and I agree with you both. It shits me when they have to rush an anime.

I'm currently watching Baki, 3 episodes in and it's pretty crazy so far lol. The aart style is similar to Jojo as well

close, 8.5 all around IMO, really consistent though

Didn't care about Volleyball ever, barely played it at school, watching it legit makes me wish i had joined a Vball team ffs

Also, watch Boku no Hero, dare i say, it might surpass Naruto as the kingpin of shonen one day

lol i've had numerous ppl tell me to get into bnha lately

and yeah..I wound up watching some real games of volleyball due to Haikyuu, actually seems very realistic unlike a lot of other sport anime i've been interested in like kuroko no basket

don't think Volleyball was even a thing here for us, British teams arent even ranked ffs
