Actually if you compare player per player, Tottenham have a stronger squad. Klopp might be able to put Liverpool over Tottenham but I don't expect anything more.

I would say nothing has changed yet and we will have to wait and see how Klopp works out his methods with the current set of players and in Jan window we will know what he thinks about the current squad.
