What keeps happening is the guard i found by himself in White Orchard keeps faking to hit like he's faking a jab and i press to counter and then he throws it which leads to a block instead of a counter.

dont get too close to him nor stay too far. Actually dont move at all. just concentrate on L2

try a diff enemy other than the guard

Thought a guard would be the easiest

Also this is why i use Cluster Bomb skill

Turns out, it's actually piss easy to do in a fist fight lol.

Only random one i got left which i consider tedious is the 50 headshots one. Not looking forward to dat grind.

Ekhidna Decoction - whenever you use an ability that spends stamina, regenerate a portion of Vitality.

AKA use Quen and your health refills.

Combine that with Superior Tawny Owl ( regenerates stamina by 10 seconds faster than usual and never expires at night)

Started a new playthrough NG+ on DM. Trying some alchemy stuff.

Just killed the griffin. This is something else than I remembered, much harder

NG+ is harder, tbh there are some parts of the game ( Imlerith especially) which without the OP shit of Alchemy i never would have been able to do it tbh.

Alchemy makes everything a lot easier if you pick the right stuff and use it properly, NG+ DM would have been a lot harder without it.

Even with it though, Carinthir's ice elementals still were able to one hit me. Having said that though, Eredin was still a piece of piss and i would like if possible for the whole game to be HoS level of difficulty.

I have the platinum lol, yeah i did it on DM in my last two playthroughs ( well i started one of them on normal and changed half way through)
