When is the 2nd DLC out?

Either first quarter or first half of 2016, there's conflicting reports.

Hoping to get that playthrough done before it comes out, then do another one once i do the DLC on all playthroughs

That caretaker fight was so easy on the 2nd playthough.

dodge + hit n repeat.

I'll be honest i found him easy on both playthroughs, its a fun and enjoyable fight but it's not hard at all.

Easiest one in the DLC IMO.

Samething happened with ff8's mini card game iirc. Looked complicated AF but in the end i was spending 5 hours a day on it.

Witcher 3 is one of the finest game in the RPG genre, maybe even the best, so yeah you shouldn't miss it.

Yep story and RPG me gusta.

Skyrim is one of my favourite games everrrrr

It does share similarities with Skyrim in a lot of ways but considering it's a lot darker and story based and instead of creating your own character you take part in Geralt's story.

The similarities stop there, although there's still a lot of player freedom but a lot of it is based around the choices you make and how those choices effect you and the world around you. ( which I personally prefer to Bethesda's take on things but it's all about taste)

Watching a stream of NG+ with the devs atm and they all said Bloody Baron is their favourite quest smh.

Everybody sucks imo.

Sooo I have this game now, played about 30-45 mins of it not sure if I like it atm but I know it will come good eventually.

30-45 mins in and you are in the prologue area probably.

It's 100+ hour game, so you have a long way before you know if you dislike it yet.

Yea I was unsure at first too because it's difficult to get used to the mechanism since it's different to other RPGs

As much as I would love to see Iorveth in the game myself, that's not going to happen - sorry. Same goes for Saskia.

We're going to a completely new region in BaW, with new characters, places, intrigues, quests, etc. Including these characters in the storyline wouldn't make much sense, I'm afraid. I feel your pain though - Iorveth was my favorite character in W2.

Why was Iorveth cut from the main game then?

I guess they decided not to

Although i struggle to think how they could have fit him into the main story line though, at least Roche and Letho made sense.

I did think they will put him in the DLC though, still doesn't mean we won't get awesome characters from the past though as they have already suggested as such.
