there is not a single good reason why he should be on STARTING XI
the only good thing about him is that he can substitute a tired player and refresh the team with stamina and speed

Well on the other note, Hernanes always took much time to get 'in' a team. First year in Lazio and Inter were the same. But he seems like washed out player.

JUVENTUS is aware about that, is the reason we got U22 players to build a new generation,
but now we have to combine these with experienced players so they can grow up

there should be a rotation between MANDZUKIC, CUADRADO, HERNANES, who should be mixed with MORATA, DYBALA, POGBA,

I am not telling HERNANES should play all the time, but he should be rotated with CUADRADO

PERYERA is not on the level to compete with CUADRADO and HERNANES for the role

Most ideal lineup in my opinion.

Ofcourse there's competition at lb but I think Sandro has had a growing presence already.2 match winning assists in 2 games so I'd like to see more of him in the coming fixtures as in he should be given a string of games.

What are you saying man? Don't you realise that these players (BUFFON, CHIELLINI, EVRA, BARZAGLI, LICHTAINER, MARCHISIO, all of them are finished, their best days are over)
are the spine of the team that is left? Without them we would be 12th...

the core of the team should be 24-28 years old, those are the best days of a player because they have lots of speed and stamina so they can win the ball back

You may want few legends of +30 years old like BUFFON, PIRLO, DEL PIERO, so you have leadership
But the core of the team should not be +30

This is the reason why MAN UNITED surrender on players like EVRA, VIDIC
this is reason why MADRID surrender on players like CASSILAS, OZIL, DI MARIA

I don't see Pereyra as a pure Trq.I think he fits better as a wing-attacker (more or less like we've been using Cuadrado)
He can play with both foots and if I remember well Allegri did put him on the left once so far and he did good.

Pereyra has same charasteristics as Cuadrado.Fast and tireless player but they both lack concentration on that final pass or finishing.Pereyra has shown moments of elegance on ball and intelligent passing but he needs space.I'm sure if Allegri turns him into a natural wing-attacker he will improve a lot.

This could work:

Buffon
Lichtsteiner-Bonucci-Chiellini-Sandro
Khedira-Marchisio-Pogba
Dybala-Morata-Pereyra

This should be our starting 11 with competition for LB between Sandro and Evra,use Cuadrado as supersub and his versatility (can even play instead of Licht if needed).Plus give playing time to promising youths Rugani and Lemina especially.

P.S anyone knows whats happening with Asamoah? I know he isn't on CL list but is he still injured?

Pereyra played as a Treq for many games last yr and to be frank , I wasn't too impressed either.I thought/still think CM is his best position.

But imo the lineup I posted offers the most balance.And it's pretty much the mirrors last yr's attacking front three with Dybala instead of Tevez in the free role.

Mandzukic and Cuadrado while being good players bring imbalance to the team so I'd prefer to have them as subs instead of a starting role.I don't believe Cuadrado-Morata-Dybala can all play at the same time as it would once again force Morata to play wide left.It's not ideal for Dybala either.A free role behind the CF suits him best imo.

I want to see the Morata-Dybala partnership flourish.It's about time.

If those lineups are for next summer , then it's better to move away from the AM plan and get a creative central midfielder instead.

With Berardi's arrival likely, I think it's better to have a midfielder create from deep.Doubt we're buying him to have him as a sub.

True that. The thing about the creative midfielder though is who's available and willing to come and who out of Khedira, Marchisio and Pogba would be benched in order to fit him in.

That would be easy....Pogba is likely to leave next summer.If so we need to spend the money wisely on quality...I still can't get over 37 mln used on Mandzukic and Zaza.

Btw Licht looks like the 'old himself' lately after that surgery, he is amazing, after he got back our right side looks damn solid.

I don't think Cuadrado and Pogba would get along on the same side... Cuadrado is too much of a headless chicken and individualist. It wouldn't work.

Yeah my bad, switch them with Marchisio. I still think its great formation.

Chiellini is solid, but does few mistakes. He is the best defender we have, despite his blunders sometimes.
