This ref looks like one of those hi-vis wearing security you find around malls, not cut out to be a cop, too stupid for G4S. His incompetence this match adds to that.

The refs were awful in this Copa America. Some matches didn't look like football match but war . Chile-Uruguay is the most clear episode, it was a shame. I wonder if it's same thing also in Copa Libertadores I thought it was just the fans
