Star Wars: Battlefront

Which i predicted because it doesn't have a single player and it's very simplistic.

Which a lot of reviewers don't seem to like, two things i couldn't give two shits about so....

Maybe this game is for you, but many games don't have beta versions. We are talking about industry-wide practice that aims to con consumers in buying the game with false footage (Watch Dogs, Colonial Marines), and butchering game with multiple pre-order bonuses (Deaus Ex).

Its up to the consumers not to encourage these practices by pre-ordering games at all. The game won't disappear from the face of the earth, and you can afford to hold on to your money a little longer.

Couldn't pre order through the phone but got the gamestop employee to put the last Battlefront PS4 copy to the side for me. Called them 2 minutes before they close lmao so i'll pre order it tomorrow and get it for midnight

Yeah but that's up to the individual no? If i know i'm going to like it why should i care? I'm getting the same game for the same price but just a little earlier than i would if i didn't pre order.

I have no problems with pre ordering at all tbh, it's quite easy to tell ahead of time to know if i'm gonna like a game or not and in this case i have already played it so....

I have pre ordered 5 games this year, two of which are sports games, one is the Witcher 3 and two i had already played a beta version of.

I knew in every situation that i wasn't going to get burned, i don't personally believe that pre ordering like DLC are inherently always bad like some do. Each situation is individually seperate from one another and not all are good or bad, for example i paid the expansion pass for the Witcher 3 on release as i knew straight away i'd be getting good value and that i'd play it. Where as with the Battlefront Season pass i'm not going near it until i get more specific information on what it's going to provide as i don't really trust EA like i do CD Projekt Red.

Only reason I pre order games is so I don't have to drive around town to find a store who got the game (Cod/GTA/Battlefront etc)

What exactly is the issue in pre-ordering games you know you want?

No one is conning me into buying games which I know i am going to like and spend days on playing. I have yet to regret pre-ordering a game.

Obviously there are people who would pre-order anything. But like Mole said that's down to people's own stupidity. Consumers make industry go and not the other way around.

Comparing it to movies is comparing apples to oranges. You get the same price as buying tickets before or on the spot. Movies are 75% cheaper than games. You can go watch a shit ass movie and not care about money. I mean if I could pre-purchase tickets for Star Wars : EP7 or Batman vs superman and they are cheaper than getting it on the spot then I'd do it next minute. Because i know I am going to watch both anyways.

i played walker assault and fighter squadron so far....only 1 walker to destroy on Endor...Rebels actually stand a chance

Only ever preordered GTA 5 because I knew stores would run out of it. Got it cheaper too.

To me it looks like Rebels are actually in favour on Endor lol.

Anyway i think people just need to learn how to use him IMO, from what i have seen all the heroes are overpowered as shit if you know what you are doing.

Don't think he was ever meant to have a lightsaber. Same as Yoda. Pretty much ruined a lot of their sense of power. They were both feared because of their knowledge of the force, not their skills with a sword
