Barca will win the treble

Even without their two best midfielders, PSG were still able to control decent portions of today's game and had periods of sustained pressure. This midfield, as Mole has said, is definitely not what you'd consider CL champion material.

Suarez's two goals were more to do with David Luiz being awful then anything else. Had Silva stayed on and Cavani not been as bad as he was PSG could've easily won or come away with a tie.

Having said that, I still think Barca are the favorites just because of how poor everyone else left in the competition is. I maintain however that last years Madrid or 2012-13's Bayern would have humiliated this team.

This. Bayern and Madrid are favourites. Copa del Rey will do for us Culés. CL and La Liga is for the big boys whom we can't compete with.

Jibers, in the first Clasico Madrid hadn't really gotten into their stride, they were far from their best.

The second Clasico was very evenly matched, even against ten men Barca needed two penalties to win. In any case, I will acknowledge Madrid have been overrated, but the general idea of my point still stands - a truly WC team would destroy this Barca. You just can't play against the best of the best when every attack goes Pique->Messi->L2+Triangle->hope for goal.

Still what Jibers says is correct, Madrid were considered favourites for CL last year and they lost to a Barca team is disarray.

This Barca team despite the issues are a lot better, i actually think Bayern cause Barca more problems than Madrid do. ( not saying Madrid wouldn't win though)

At this point it's about match ups: Madrid would cause Bayern more troubles than Barca would and Barca would cause Madrid more troubles than Bayern would.

No it means that styles make fights and the contrasting styles makes it easier or more difficult for certain teams.
