their attack is great though, to be honest, Suarez moves great, does the selfless things and still makes the central runs. Messi is back as being the monster we know he is, and Neymar does his thing. They are all complimentary, can all beat their man 1v1, have speed, and technically brilliant. they make the so called BBC look like a joke tbh

Regarding Atlético matches I think Simeone got his tactics all wrong. They played to their weaknesses, having possession and trying to dictate the game to Barcelona and getting caught on the counters, playing the set pieces short etc. His players also didn't seem to be up for it either, they just didn't have that bite against Barcelona while they got that back when they thrashed Madrid at the Calderón. Add the brilliant refereeing and linesmen in La Liga, anything is possible really. Not to mention that both Valencia and Sevilla are on a good run of form and are likely to cause Barcelona problems.

Did you see Turan try and throw a boot at the ref lol, they were frustrated as hell that they couldn't beat them. Maybe he did get the tactics wrong, we'll have to see i'm more inclined to think that the front 3 stretched them out and they had no answer.

They remind of the year Madrid won the league under Mourinho, they have too much firepower for the large majority of the league to handle. But their defense is a question mark when the CL latter rounds come around.

Personally, I think I'd swap out every single player on this Real Madrid team for past greats. I bet someone would point out that the current crop have higher fitness levels, due to better nutrition and technology, astrology and more frequent toilet visits inbetween practices, but I have definitely seen far better and more consistent players on past Real Madrid teams. I also want to argue that the intelligence levels have dropped significantly in today's football, and players like Bale can fool you thrice because the fitness to intelligence ratio drastically favours the former..

nah....cant believe we are not winning CDR and liga this time....CL is a different story though. Chelsea and Bayern are more favorite to lift. So we can go semis at least if we can avoid those two teams....

So Simeone got his tactics wrong for 3 consecutive times then expect him to get it wrong the fourth times as well. anyway, thats not my thought exactly. i know game vs them would be the toughest. but i hope we can save two points for that match. thats why i consider classico as final. if we can earn 3 points there we would not mind to give Simeone 2 points of gift(considering he got his tactics by that time) with a condition that all our players would come back safe for copa final

Simeone tried different tactics. In the first leg CdR he parked the bus and Barca created only a few top chances of which Suarez squandered the clearest. Can't create chance gallore against organized buses but it was still enough to win the game and win it higher than 1-0 if Suarez had his current scoring form back then.

In the return leg he went with the gung-ho high pressing approach from last season to interrupt Barca from playing it out of the back. But it didn't work this time because we are Directcelona now and don't need to play 40 passes to play it out of the back anymore until every Atleti defender has regrouped and made themselves comfortable. So we raped Atleti with < 50 % possession and 2 counterattack goals in the first half which confused them so much that they started throwing shoes all over the place.





Their best bet is to park the bus and mutilate the pitch so the ball bobbles all over the place. Then they can achieve a 0-0. But that won't matter anyway in May, Mehdrid will wrap the title up a lot earlier.

Ffs they're going to jinx us like Chelsea now...
