Massachusetts law is different, there'll be a special election 120 days after she leaves to fill out the term.

And I don't buy it. Hillary will do what she wants. She wouldn't have hugged Warren this close if she didn't plan on picking her. She's the only one who has been a vocal attack dog on Trump, who actually seems to want the job. Tim Kaine has been silent this entire campaign and doesn't add anything to the ticket. Plus his views on abortion and other things really are not going to help her going forward.

Also, she'll likely take the same route that Bill took in 92 picking a VP. Instead of picking someone to differentiate himself from, he doubled down on a strength and picked another young, southern centrist democrat. If Hillary wins the white women demographic this election is over before it started

Certainly don't think she should go with Kaine but wait....you DON'T think Hillary will be controlled by her donors? Something that has been the story of most of her solo political career? They may not demand a lot but she does whatever they do demand. Don't kid yourself Who's going to sponsor her 2020 re-election bid if she decides to burn them now? Lol wake up.

Besides she's still raising money NOW. Can't have them close their purses in July out of anger. Her whole campaign will crumble. I'd be shocked if she picked Warren. But we'll see.

Hillary is no different than Obama/Bill. Obama took donations from wallstreet and passed the largest financial reform bill since the 40s with Dodd Frank. And despite passing it, got more donations his second term. So no, I don't think Hillary will be scarred out of picking Warren because of empty threats from some rando donors.

Dodd Frank isn't even that strict fam I mean, it was better than nothing but come on

Well he can put it in attack ads all he wants. The truth of the matter is that anybody paying attention to politics already knows she's crooked. Trump telling people what they already know won't change anything.

She is corrupt, and I say that as her biggest supporter on here. I don't really like hillary as much as she is simply the best choice we were given. If Biden ran I would have voted for him.

Hillary proposed free college for students from households that earn less than $125k a year. I think that's the final thing. Sanders will endorse her now. He has been able to achieve a lot even without winning the nomination. You have to give him a lot of credit.

Technically, it's more realistic than Sanders' original plan. Sanders wanted tuition for everyone from top to bottom, which when you consider it, doesn't make sense in some cases because someone whose dad earns $500k a year or millions of dollars a year or is even a billionaire doesn't need free tuition.

If I'm not mistaken, there's a cap she's planning to put on tax breaks for the rich that will generate $100bn a year, which would comfortably pay for this. Sanders' original plan would have cost $75bn a year. So Hillary's plan will comfortably cover for any margin of error.

Also, it'll apparently start with households earning $85k annually and increase by $10k every year until 2021.

I think it's a sound plan.

The thing is, when school is made free, what happens to the rest of us who have student loans?

All this will do is piss off everybody not in the ~17-ish.
