The 2014/15 Calcio Saga II - Page 6 Empty Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga II

El Shaarawy wrote:Robes, is Carlo Laudisa reliable? Gazzetta has been somewhat hit or miss, but he seems to be getting transfers right on twitter

I remind  Gazzetta ( so Laudisa, he is the Gazzetta dello Sport's expert about mercato, it is the equivalent of Di Marzio for Sky) guessed more rumours than all in transfer window 2014. For example as Interista I can remind the fact thatr he was the first to talk about Hernanes .
Or it was the first to report Balotelli to Milan too..
in last summer window Laudisa' s reputation is a bit fallen because he tweeted every day " Juve - Falcao " etc and so he was made fun for it
But anyway , basicaly he is legit and reliable.
This because Gazzetta is well informed about Italian clubs , more than every other Italian newspaper , for example it was the first to report the news about Inter will sell Osvaldo in this January because he hs broken with club
Basically I rate good sources just 3 in Italy :
Sky (Di Marzio) , Gazzetta (Laudisa ) , Pedullà ( he works for Sportitalia too) . the rest is enough garbage

Just noticed Roma are struggling to score atm. 4 goals in 5 games is not very Roma-esque.

Lack of creativity?

It's 4 in 4 and I'd put it down due to fatigue. They have almost always played the same XI due to injuries in the first half of the season plus Genoa, Udinese, Milan and Lazio are tough teams.
IMO Destro should play more often as he usually scores when called upon.

Lack of goalscoring forwards, more like it.

this because Osvaldo loves 2 things : rock and roll and Boca Juniors . Probably it's not a case he celebreated his birthday with 3 Boca Juniors  idols , Palacio Tevez and .. Carrizo . Yes , BC will agree on this last one :coffee: Laughing
There are Roman rumours about Osvaldo went in Rolling Stones' concert without the permission of the club too....
He will leave Inter 100 % , it's not clear what he did after Juve match but surely it was not just for his reaction against Icardi . He had problems with Mancini , probably he insulted the coach  . Mancini doesn't want to watch anymore not even on postcard.
So another club where Osvaldo failed although his good potential , another club where he is sent away for internal problems  , and so antoher club to welcome him hoping in his performance . Similar to Cassano.
Perhaps this club will be exactly the Parma.

Inter will play in 2 hours.
It will be a tough match for us , imo Empoli plays the most beautiful football of Serie A under MaurizGOAT Sarri  this year, team very organized although they haven't great players and they run all 10 with great intensity for an abundant hour , then they drop in last 30.
We play always just an half time, or 1st or 2nd, we can't permit to do it against this Empoli.
It is always difficult to face them , just asking to better Serie A teams.
Napoli tied 2-2 at home and it lost 0-2 . Lazio lost 1-0 , Milan tied 2-2 and it lost 2-0 , Fiorentina in this particular derby tied 1-1 at home and it deserved to lose , Roma and Juve struggled against them .
But anyway  , if we want to hope in 3rd place, and if we want to give a sense to this season , we must win . There is not other result.

At night there is Palermo- Roma , it is a match usually with many goals but there is not Miccoli anymore, Miccoli was very democratic , he scored many goals against  Inter, Milan, and Roma. It did not make difference for him.
Dybala is not fit , probably it will be on bench , it is a good news for Roma. But Roma can't premitt to play as in last month , Palermo si in good moment

Milan will play against Atalanta at San Siro , it looks like the perfect chance so as to get again a victory . Pazzini often scores against his former club and he scored in last Coppa Italia match , 2 cents about the fact he will play hmm

Juve - Verona will conclude the matchday , Juve has just won 6-1 against Hellas Verona in Coppa Italia and now they will play agiain in matchday.

And I suppose it is not reassuring for Mandolrini to know Tevez will play in place of Coppa Italia legend Giovinco tomorrow.

My God inter are putting me to sleep Sleep

Edit: Vidic will have nightmares about missing that header Laughing

Edit2: Hernanes great almost-assist for Palacio, who is clear with the keeper but misses!

Edit3: Handanovic great save! Game finally starting to pick up.

FFS exactly what I was afraid.

I can't understand how can Empoli running so much for 90 minutes since his beginning of the season.
Expecially I can't understand why Empoli has just 19 points in table.
But I can understand why they play so greatly, they have Sarri , I know him since Pescara 2005 ... GOAT coach.
They play always in this way , but they get less than they deserve. This because they've scrub CFs.
They won against Lazio, and they were close to win against Napoli,Fiorentina,Milan  , and now Inter.
Anyway I am not surprised about Empoli but I expected more from  us  anyway . Two steps back after match against Genoa.
Vidic was our best player also today after Genoa. Our best defender easily.
Palacio ..... I didn't deceive myself after his goal (both easy) against Lazio and Genoa. He is totally finished after WC . Incredible chance missed today .
This was a perfect match for Osvaldo FFS but he decided to act as idiot exactly now

Dybala is scoring so much because he has Vazquez playing off him and feeding him. They have a Sturridge-Suarez/Costa-Fabregas understanding.

Anyway he is set for Southampton when they reach the CL and can hold on to their stars and buy heavily thanks to the CL money and the money they have already accumulated. Then, he and Pelé can practice for the Euro 2016 when they'll both start for Italy and win the whole thing.

Vazquez and Dybala are both from Cordoba and I'm sure have secured that telepathic connection via many Fernet Biancas with Coke.

Our CBs were dire today....Mapou was more like Mapoo and Asstori....goodness me, he was shocking....both are much better defenders than what I saw today so that was confounding to watch. Dybala, a mere kid, had them extremely unsettled.

Destro's goal doesn't hide the fact that he was just not good enough today. Did what he was paid to do, but games like this demonstrate why he's not a long term fit for Rudi's system, which calls for a striker with a high workrate. Destro isn't that player, however much I wish him to be.

If not for De Sanctis (another target of the Roma boo boys), this might've gotten ugly.

Can't hope to keep up with Juve let alone surpass them when we only show up to play for 45-minutes (even less today).

hmm about destro i tend to agree with Garcia
"Mattia has not had many balls to work with, he had three balls and has put in one. That couldn't help us to make a positive result but at least got us back in the game."
