Anyone watch NXT here? A lot of people seem to rate it better than RAW. Just watched a few episodes and it's awful.

Got jobbers like Tyson Kidd main eventing with Adam Rose, no storylines whatsoever etc.

NXT Champion Adrian Neville making mum jokes with his Northern accent and awful mic skills.

It's not better it's #YOLOSWAG hipster youth scouting armchair scrubs who rate it 'better' because that's a cool thing to do as rating a developmental show ahead of the main show is f*cking so cool it's unbelievable

That being said you do get some good matches on it, I flick through every 2 months over the last NXTs when i'm bored

Plus keep in mind people who do well in NXT end up getting shifted over to Smackdown/RAW so there's that

I watch NXT before RAW but only the main event. It's a bit dry. Crowd is always awful and the commentary is worse than Phill Neville on BBC.

Sometimes there are decent matches when Zayn is involved.

Now they're signing all these technical wrestling indy talents, so I can imagine how the show will be like.

ADR said he wanted to leave a while ago anyway, so instead of the usual 'brush under the carpet' stuff they do, they seen it as an opportunity to reduce costs by a huge amount during a budget crisis.

Half the reason Brock is where Brock is on WWE now is because of his part time schedule which means inbetween getting AMAZING bookings, he goes for months which means people can never get remotely fed up of him and the suspense factor is always there

Basically if you're allowed to go away for months at a time, come back and beat top superstars then go away again you're always going to have a shit tonne of hype behind you

Whereas full time top superstars bore people no matter how good they are because they're dominating the roster twice a Week.
