Loic Remy has failed his medical, bahgawd

Sky Sources: Liverpool pull out of Loic Remy deal after he failed to call them the biggest club in England and mention their 5 CLs.

I don't understand why he would have issues, he was fine for us.

Majority of games he did miss were suspension, I think all in all he missed 6 games max through injury last season.

Which isn't bad for someone who has failed a medical.

Remy has a heart birth defect...  had it all his life lol.  Was diagnosed at Lyon, Nice and OM. They all knew about it and went ahead... so did QPR and Newcastle.

He hasn't had any issues with it.  None.

Medicals are there to be failed from time to time.

Buying Remy for 8M and selling Borini for 14M was always too good of a dream to come true.

He hasn't failed due to his heart. He has failed due to a problem with his knees. and apparently he was about to get #7 jersey as well, so it's not like we weren't valuing or respecting him.

When you wanna shell out a 5 year contract, 80k/week to a 27 year old player.....you need to be damn sure that they won't break.
We have one of the best medical teams in the world...so I'll trust them.

How do you know the reason he failed the medical? Is there a source for that info?

FC Porto are close to signing Osasuna goalkeeper Andres Fernandez and Rubin Kazan defender Ivan Marcano, according to O Jogo.

If it is due to his knees, I go back to my initial confusion of why he's failed it tbh.

He was fine for us last season healthy wise, well he did have one hamstring injury but that's it.
