These haters High time for them to piss off. The referee was not biased in any way but they are still crying conspiracy. Mad that the greatest NT in history is back to take the throne again

People are trying to create controversies out of nothing. It's not the first time I have seen that in later stages in major tournaments referees show more reluctance to show cards to players and I doubt it will be the last time either.

Very rarely do I cite the referee as the reason for the outcome of any match and this is no different.

Colombia lost because they had a major problem that I pointed out about them right since their second match. This team just wasn't good enough on the ball. They cannot keep the ball when they need to and they just can't find the right pass when it's more needed. They are a hard working and passionate team with one or more top individuals to carry them through but combined with their lack of know how at this level this is not enough to take you very far in a tournament such as this. They deserve our respect for what they have done but I am now even more convinced Chile were the better team than them.
