Re: Manchester United 2014/2015 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
we could have been down to 9 men. Praise that ref. Nevertheless Now its up to really the time they going to score. We have lost it. I cant see a comeback from here.
They will be all over us from the word go in the 2nd half.
may be sub valencia, drop blind to rb and bring in Herrerra ? EDIT : to limit the damage ?
having said that Joe effing Hart too deserved a red card for headbutting the ref.

Only bright spot in that performance/nightmare was david de gea. An 8+ stuff.

yea a 50/50 one. The commentators on my tv said it was a clear red. So... lol.. I too initially thought he got the ball. But then I heard those bleeps saying that so I thought may be they are right.

smalling let the team down, robbed us of a good match, we looked like we could of scored after we went down 1-0 even playing with 10 men

Rooneys run ffs that was 2006 Rooney out there, turned back the clock on that one should of tried to smash it near corner tho instead of trying to cut back in

Re: Manchester United 2014/2015 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
well done smalling. well done for handing them the game on the plate you utter doofus. 1st yellow was beyond stupid, 2nd was just criminal. Hopefully thats the last we see of him in a United shirt.
Proud of our lads in the 2nd half. They played with pride and had City pinned back praying to hang on. That late sub of aguero tells u everything.
Luke Shaw what a player. Fellaini
Rooney what a captains performance in the 2nd half. Proud of him
Unlucky by Rojo Hope the lad will be well. Our defensive crisis smh.
We tries and tried, and had we had even number of players, we would've got something from the game.
That chance by Rooney though...what a piece of play. Shou;d have shot it one time though.
I'm proud of the team

Make McNair and Blackett our no.1 choices for CBs until January and every other pos should be the backups to these kids.

Re: Manchester United 2014/2015 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
Smalling let us down because he got rightfully punished. Fellaini gave not one, but two stone cold penalties, the only difference is he wasn't punished. Unlike a red card that most likeley leads to two goals. Such a liability.
Luke Shaw was awesome, my MOTM, gets so much shit for being £30 mil like that somehow suddenly makes him a bad player.
Rooney did well, you could tell he wasn't 100% match fit with him getting cramp, but that run he made was fantastic.
Team should have played like this for the whole of the second half, they don't get praise for me for just doing it in the end. Your playing a derby ffs.

Fellaini's overall play was good, buit agreed, we were fortunate that his 2 fouls in the box didn't amount to nothing. Maybe the ref felt sorry for us or he bottled it.
I think with 10 men, if we played like we did in the last 15mins, we would have maybe got battered. It was the right approach to feel our way into the game, grow in confidence, then go all out looking for a goal towards the end, imo.
Luke Shaw was my MOTM too. DDG a close second.

hope Herrera gets back in the 11 next week despite Fellaini decent performances, Herrera is still a better player and offers more...and I want him to be match ready for Arsenal

Re: Manchester United 2014/2015 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
I want to give a shout to Mcnair and Carrick for putting in a shift at the back. Carrick just came back from injury, and all things considered, brought calm at the back.
I think defensively we're improv ing. In terms of shape and positioning, we're getting there slowly.
What's effing us up is stupid costly errors from certain individuals.
I said before this in the GS ' as long as we don't cock up at the back, we'll twat them'.
But rafa being injured, then Smalling's brain fart put paid to those hopes. smh.
I feel for LVG, he has us playing well and is improving us, but our defenders and injuries are messing things up for him constantly. The guy cant catch a break atm.
Has our league stats all skewed up and gives the haters ammunition that Moyes was better at this stage. clueless mongs.

Re: Manchester United 2014/2015 Premier League Season (+ CC & FA Cup)
Not necessarily attack, but I think we could have done better, I guess it would have been easier if we had an attacking outlet like Falcao to hold up the ball.
Also, I agree on Fellaini his overall game was good, but you can't really wipe away two penalty claims.
As for Smalling the signs were there, should have known he was an idiot when he decided to dress up as a terrorist
