Sterling or Chambo will start IMO. That Gerrard and Henderson pivot looks absolutely disgusting though.

Playing someone between them (Barry, Carrick) will sacrifice the attacking threat but it'll be harder for other sides to break down England and take the ball of them.

Gerrard-Henderson is basically a huge gap in the midfield while subjected to a counter attack every time.
