Do we know where different teams are having their pre-WC training camps? I only know that England are in Miami. I would be kind of curious to know how differently teams prepare for the tournament and how much money they spend on it. Like, the backroom staff etc. England even have that psychologist with them. I suppose some not-so-rich nations have it more low-key, no?
