Why does D. Silva choke in tournaments? Whenever I see him in friendlies he's awesomeness gallore and linking up incredibly well with Iniesta. Whenever the actual tournament starts he plays like shit. This looks like another 2010 repeat where he will get dropped after today's performance so far.

refereeing has been OK this game. I felt the pen was the right call.. trailing leg, was always going to get called. Looked like a pen.

There have been a few incorrect decisions in Spains favour as usual (such as De Vrij yellow) but they are the masters of theatrics so can hardly blame the ref.

^ Agree - Iniesta created that from nothing.. taking three players out in the process.. damn hes good.

Casillas' level is truly shocking. Doesn't go out for the 5-1. Awful first touch for the 4-1. Where is the man that did not get conceded on during the CL?
