The Franchise wrote:Maybe im just being hopeful. But I dont believe Holland are just going to sit there and let them have the ball, I have a feeling they will go and put pressure.
What that leads to down the other end is another question, but I just got a feeling they going to try and apply pressure.
With RvP, Robben and Sneijder upfront? That looks like desaster waiting to happen tbh.

I don't rate van Gaal's Netherland's at all yet have been beyond anxious for tomorrow's match up, mostly due to my own issues with España.
Might have to write a 2 page post on why Netherlands will beat España.

LMFAO
Anyway, surely if that line up is accurate, Robben would be on the right as he's disgustingly 1 footed

Re: World Cup: Group B discussion
I just know that this Spain vs NEhterlands match is a must see no matter what!
The repeat of the 2010 final where Netherlands will be absolutely hungry for revenge. They were unlucky then and Spain had a bit of luck for sure. So this should be very intense.... although the Netherlands seems to have changed personnel so much, and u get the feeling they wont get their revenge

Del Bosque trolling another tournament.
Convince Costa to join Spain and battle hard with Brazilian federation.
Leave him on bench in opening game in Brazil to play without a true #9.

Re: World Cup: Group B discussion
I really miss Aragones' '08 team with Torres, Villa, Xavi, Senna, Silva & Iniesta all starting. Del Bosque has bored us to death since 2010.
Anyway, hope Azpilicueta establishes himself as a WW superstar like Oscar is currently doing. Best defensive fullback I've seen since Cole/Maldini. #BasqueExcellence

Busquets, Alonso and Xavi. That seems a bit cautious / immobile considering Spain's midfield options.
Holland to nick this 2 - 1

Seems like the same exact midfield that dominated the last 2 tournaments.

Parallel to 2010 final. Robben assist, Sneijder shoots straight at Casillas.
And Costa
