Why we criticize Mou is because he is such an unlikable character and does not let teams play to their potential aesthetically.

It is much more fun to be fan of a Madrid coached by Ancelotti than one coached by Mou.

In terms of big teams for him to go to- I can see him taking a stab at being a NT coach. Portugal?
