Homegrown means played for 3 seasons in England before their 21st Birthday.
Since Fabregas spent most of his early days at Arsenal, he is homegrown, Pogba spent three seasons at Utd, therefore also homegrown.

Lukaku is homegrown too, He spent one season with us, one with WBA and one with Everton. Thumbs up

Players that are owned by us but play overseas will not be homegrown as they have to play in England.

However, in terms of CL, only JT and Blackman counts as club trained, Cesc and Pogba would be association trained.

I think, both.

Depending on the game.

I think with Oscar's poor form, he could be dropped for Cesc or, Cesc could play in the pivot against smaller teams.

I see. I think Oscar will be completely dropped since Matic, Cesc and Oscar in front of them would make the midfield a bit too soft for Mourinho's standards.

On the other hand I'm not sure if Barkley can offer the steel Mourinho wants from his #8.
