just as a quick reminder, Dortmund's squad cost barely 100m, Real's more than 500m € lol.

there is concern because Carlo so far has failed to work some of the players like Isco or illarra in the rotation. So there is a concern because Di maria isnt there, and u dont know how the other guys will fill in at this level.

This is the top 8 in CL, its about tactical execution and gameplan more so than quality and technical ability. cant believe im reading shit like this

At the end of the day Isco is better than the back ups Dortmund has in midfield and Coentrao is better even Dortmund's first choice

So again i don't want to see any excuses if your planned predictions of a blowout doesn't come to pass because Di Maria and Marcelo are missing.

except that we have Khedira, Marcelo, Di Maria and Arbeloa out of our starting lineup that started the season.  BVB has Lewandowski, Gundogan, Subotic, Schmelzer and Bender.  So really, it's 4 and 5 starters missing on each side.  

Even if the backup players for Madrid are better... they're still backups.  Madrid didn't go in with it's typical star-studded bench this season.  You have unproven kids backing up the forwards (Morata and Jese), a AM being moved to CM, a very young player and a kid backing up the mid (Isco, Illaramendi and Casemiro)... about the only place where you have experienced backups is the defense with Varane and Coentrao (and keepter of course).  But in terms of midfield and attack, the backups are youth team players.

Weidenfeller; Piszczek, Sokratis, Hummels, Durm; Kehl, Şahin; Großkreutz, Mkhitaryan, Reus; Aubameyang.

did i predict a blowout? no, and even then, after what happened yesterday between man yoo and buyern, who can talk of a blowout. bayern the supposed best team since sacchi's milan was outdone by united and looked like they had no clue how to play.

You seriously going to tell me that how much money a club has to spend on his squad has nothing to do with anything? Sure, because THAT is not the naive point of view   

I wasn't talking about value, I was talking about what players you have on your bench and what resources you can spend to fill your bench with those players.

Since we've been talking about injuries and their impact, you know..

kuba is not a starter dude....  typical XI for BVB is Weidenfeller; Piszczek, Subotic, Hummels, Schmelzer; Bender,Gundogan; Großkreutz, Mkhitaryan, Reus; Lewandowski.

Aubameyang, Sahin and Kehl are as good or better than any sub Real Madrid have.

Kuba and Grosskreutz are the same player... they're hustlers. They're not going to impact anything. You don't gain or lose anything by playing one over the other. It's kind of like Carvajal or Arbeloa... you don't really lose or gain anything major by playing one over the other.
