That's bullshit Lex, since you won your last trophy (FA Cup), we've won:
CL
UEFA Super Cup
FA Cup
FA Community Shield
League Cup
That's every trophy possibly except the league you pos, get your info straight.

@Sports, we disagree on how important players consider that gentleman's agreement. I think it is one of many factors a player considers when looking at which club to join, and that only a very small number of players would consider it a dealbreaker unless there was some other major stumbling block as well. Agree to disagree on this point, I think we'll have clear evidence on this soon enough - I'm ready to admit over the summer if a number of top players refuse to join that these comments may have played a role, so we'll find out then.

Lex continuously spreading false information around to make himself feel better about his ties with Arsenal.
But yeah, I find this whole thing hilarious. Liverpool has been MEDIOCRE for 5 years now. Not one Liverpool fan/player/manager in the past would disagree with that. Straight up, we were shit. The whole G+H thing was the darkest period of the clubs history after Hillsborough. And now we're finally "back" and Arsenal fans are pretty much the only one acting arrogant.
Arsenal acting like top shit in those 5 years, and for what? Finishing in the top 4?
This season was their title to lose. They didn't take advantage of it, and well 4 teams are now in a title race. (I still only see it as Chelsea and City, tbh.) Arsenal finally had money to spend (after pretty much paying off the Emirates) and every team around them had new managers in. They had managerial consistency, and a system in place. One injury to Ramsey, and their team fell apart. As well as their normal bottle attitude in February / March because they lack LEADERS (oh, so Vieira was right all along eh? ).
But yeah, let's call Liverpool "average" some more, right HB? I mean, it's not like we're on SAME points, and this is the "best Arsenal squad in years" that was supposed to you know, fight for the league.
@MJGunner:
Provide just one, yes ONE quote where Luis Suarez came out and stated he wanted to leave for Arsenal?
Don't let the British media propaganda fool you. He wanted CL football, yes. But he wanted Madrid; not Arsenal. Arsenal was the only team to submit a bid, so the media pretty much put 1+1 together. It wasn't as simple as that.

When in the good Lord's name did Arsenal and Liverpool fans here start having some sort of pseudo beef?!

Arsenal and Liverpool fans (normally) always get along unless Luis Suarez is involved; only then does the banter start.

IN our defense they have been acting crazy about Suarez since the saga began. Why can't they just give up and accept the fact he is our player, They missed out on him REGARDLESS and we are kinda equal to them in status as well now.

Imagine if us Liverpool fans started making threads and started fighting with opp fans about Willian and Mkhitaryan.
At the end of the day they aren't playing for the club we support, So we should just shut the fck up about them.

It incepted during the irritating Suarez media saga during the summer, Doc. Admittedly Arsenal fans were annoying as a whole, almost ownership to Luis Suarez based on Liverpool's position and their tendency to mark any potential signing already as their own.
The embarrassing loss at Emirates? We've lost like that to them many times.
Yet the drubbing at Anfield did cause some flared tempers especially after how LFC fans were relentless in their post-match banter.
As of now? Mostly from this thread.
I for one refuse to partake in Arsenal-Liverpool conflict outside light banter as there is nothing but amicability between both sets of fans (GL or outside) as my soft spot for the club doesn't compel me to engage in a mostly redundant conflict-even if it means defending my club.

I think Liverpool and Arsenal fans should (and normally do) get along more than any other two clubs based on similar ideologies, class, history yada yada etc.
Both fans were annoying about Suarez and the drubbing and the FA Cup match. Henry's quotes definitely didn't help.
I'd still rather Liverpool win the league over City or Chelsea (if Arsenal couldn't obvvvvv).

Re: John Henry: "Arsenal DID Activate Suarez's Buyout Clause, We Refused Anyway."
Until recently, I was hoping Liverpool would reach the top four and maybe win the league ahead of plastic clubs (in case we dont win it) but seeing their fans and their stupid owner, I dont care who wins it.
They picked out Arsenal of all teams to make a new rivalry.
Game on bitches!

I think top soccer league is brilliant tbh.
England is, after all, the number one soccer country in the United Countries of Earth.
