Easily MOTM for me. Robben was good but Kroos dominated.

I'll win, anyway. As long as you still have Gollum as manager and are out of the CL for next seasonRED wrote:Blue Barrett wrote:Step aside, United. No chance of him stepping foot at Old Trafford

LOL @ everybody asking 1 player is the best after 1 game, as usual?
Anyway, will be interesting, but I Bet Bayern wont let him go so easily...

All he's doing is using interest to get a better contract so he can have similar wages to other starters.
He has no interest in leaving lmao, you are all wasting your time none of you have a hope in hell.
Its the ultimate cock tease, its like some model chick garning for attention and when she gets what she wants she drops you like a bad habit.

But what happens when other players want more money? How long before Javi, Alaba, Thiago, Muller ask for a wage increase?

Re: Pep about Kroos: "It can go fast in football. Here today, there tomorrow."
He's at the moment getting probably much less than the ones you mentioned.
The lists about the wages floating around are probably wrong for the most, but some things are known.
- Alaba just enxtended his contract 2 months ago and had his wages more or less doubled
- Thiago, Martinez have new contracts, having been bought from abroad, so they have decent wages
- Müller renewed recently too, surely he's now among the best earners.
however, Kroos' contract is several years old already, and seeing that he came from our youth his current wages simply are not that high.
That's why he deserves a substantial raise, and I'm sure he's been offered one.
One problem is his agent is the same as Götze's.
Götze, as he unlike Kroos isn't our youth product but was lured to join us, which surely involved money being thrown at him, is at significantly higher wages, probably even than Müller, Thiago etc.
So I THINK (I wouldn't know of course) the dispute is that Bayern would offer him probably the same vicinity as Thiago, would maybe be willing to go as high as Müller, but he's asking for a little more, meaning matching Götze.
Confident it'll be settled though.

Re: Pep about Kroos: "It can go fast in football. Here today, there tomorrow."
From what I see is Kroos is making 65K weekly, Muller is 85K weekly, Javi is 75K weekly, and Alaba is 40K weekly Thiago pay isn't recorded. Gotze is a 115K weekly. I could see him getting between 80-100K anything higher will surely be questioned by other agents of players in the club, wouldn't it?

I hope Bayern re-signs Kroos if ManU are the frontrunners to get him. Too much talent to allow him to play for any club other than Liverpool in the PL.
