Matuidi already agreed to renew his contract so you can remove him. Only reason he hasnt done it yet is because he has taken his agent to court.

If we let Sagna and Rosicky go
Also I won't mind Pirlo at Arsenal for a year. Just to brag that he played for us

Re: Players who's contracts expire this summer
I'd take Rosicky as a depth signing. And Sebastian Rode from that list as well. And Fernando Reges. And Alonso.
Goes on to highlight our need to sign some sort of quality in midfield
Nonetheless some good players on that list.

Gomis will most likely join Newcastle.
Diego is a very interesting name. Obvious quality but not the most consistent. Yet he can be fantastic for any team that is willing to utilise him properly.

Raul Garcia has been scoring a lot this season hasn't he? surprised Atleti haven't got him to renew.

Bafe Gomis is 99% going to OM. The other 1% is the Spurs.
Djordjevic of Nantes is free too... and rumored to Inter.

Re: Players who's contracts expire this summer
Love his heart. He killed all the deals on the table last summer when OM came for him and stuck it to Aulas. There's word that we told him he would come if he stayed at Lyon and came for free... very Bayern-like lol.RealGunner wrote:What do Marseille fans think of Gomis lol?
I don't think we'll sign him up now though because Gignac might get angry and go down the toilet by renting a flat above the local McDonald's lol... Gignac's nickname is "Dede La Frite". So it could get delayed until after the season.

Rosicky and Sagna both would start for us imo.
Especially Sagna even though i dont rate him as high as others considering how shit Glen has been.

Sports still making up stories there's quotes from Gomis that he agreed a contract..... and he said this after the window closed lol.
He didn't reject us other issues arose with aulas and agents..... anyway i don't care now i don't want him and would much rather we buy someone else.
You really like making up crap don't you lol.... Pogba and this

Sagna would definitely start for us ahead of Johnson. But only until Kelly is fully fit and caught up fitness wise which will probably be next season.

Apparently Gignac has rejected an offer from England meaning he really wants to stay at Marseille. Both Gomis and Gignac upfront can *work* but both are better as out n out strikers.
Gignac needs to stay quiet with his inconsistent performances over the last 3 years. If Gomis comes and start doing better than him then there should be no outrage from him.
Still think Gomis will go to Newcastle tbh.

Sagna to join his buddies in Barca and become our new CB

Re: Players who's contracts expire this summer
Gomis refused Newcastle outright last summer when the deal was done with Lyon.... because OM jumped in. Remember Aulas tried to sue OM and lost the case :lol:He wants to either stay in France or leave to a bigger club if he's going to go foreign. Just his preference.
Gignac wants to stay, but he knows that Gomis will fight him. Here's an interesting quote by Lebrun on Gignac today http://www.lequipe.fr/Football/Actualites/-gignac-a-refuse-une-offre/429959
Lebrun: "Without committing financial treason, i can say that we had a significant offer from an English team in the past few weeks (for Gignac) and he refused it. We're happy to continue with him until the end of the season at least..."

Re: Players who's contracts expire this summer
Andreas Beck is a very solid rightback. He can attack and defend at the same time. VFB Stuttgart are trying to sign him next term but in my eyes he is far too good for them. He is one of the underrated players out there who aren't flashy but very effective when it matters.

I'd definitely take Rosicky. And I think he'd challenge our players to be more than a depth signing. The guy's a wonderful player and although he's getting old, he has got that youthful groove about him. He looks younger than he is. Some people have got it in their genes and habits. I'm pretty sure he'll be PL quality for a couple more seasons at least - and wouldn't even be surprised if he pulled a Giggs and kept playing at this level until (near) his forties.

You're missing Terry, Eto'o, Schwarzer and Hilario from Chelsea.

I can see Fernando moving to a top club. Underrated midfielder.

I second this. A good RB in his prime at a time when most RBs are shite.Babun wrote:Andreas Beck is a very solid rightback. He can attack and defend at the same time. I'd like Menez from that list but hey,i think we'd need GL's resident PSG director of sports' approval first.

Matuidi will definitely extend. He said so already. Menez, I don't think so.
