Not because everyone in there is dead that it means we should not respect their resting place. Cemeteries should like nice for the people visiting the dead as well.

Also, it wouldn't do to have dogs running around the place digging up bodies left, right, and center.

I have relatives buried in three different countries and every time I've visited their cemeteries, it's usually up to me and my family to clean up the grave and make the surrounding area look nice and tidy. So either Chile take better care of their dead than England, Cyprus and America, or Sanchez is exaggerating a little
