Rooney will surpass Owen in goals for club and country within the next 2 years easily and be still just below 30...while playing in a golden generation for football talent

Gerrard shits on every single one of them.
I'd put John Barnes on there as well. Although only later stages of his career enters the last 20 year period. Fowler on pure ability as a football is >>>> Owen can ever dream to be. Very underrated by the footballing world.
