I'm not going to promise anything Smile

But seriously great win and the thing i take away from it more than any other is the January signings are finally adapting.

Debuchy, Gouffran, Sissoko and especially Yanga-Mbiwa were outstanding.

Hadn't heard a roar from the crowd as loud as this from Old Trafford in a while.

The boy inside RVP haunts Arsenal again.

Arsenal had easy matches compared to everyone else at the beginning of the season and now there's been a few tough opponents lining up. You should have no complaints.

Arsenal still in the driving seat for EPL. It is not the end of the day losing to United at Old Trafford.

MotM for me Phil Jones. He may be the least praised youngster by British media out of the three of Ramsey and Wilshere, but tonight he fought like a warrior and practically overshadowed both Arsenal boys.

It's annoying losing to them at OT again but there were circumstances that didn't help matters. The media & trolls will have a field day of course with this result because it fits in with their simplistic views. Man United back, Arsenal bottle etc People will ignore it was a very even game with Manu having all their players available minus Welshit & Arsenal suffering with 7 absences from the staring XI & bench, 3 of which are starters, any team is going to suffer losing those players.

Manu still don't convince me, i can't see them finishing above 4th this season.

Positives: Coping without 5 big players, & hopefully this will be the end of Wenger starting both Arteta and Flamoney & Ramsey starting on the wing. I knew we would not get a result when i saw that.

Tim Krul. What an absolutely sick performance today. Equal to a striker scoring a hat-trick (or more) in a game. Stunning.

Also, Sunderland

That new singing section has improved the OT atmosphere ten fold. It was so loud.

Phil Jones and Rooney put in great performances. Big big win for Utd. We have this voodoo over Arsenal when it comes to OT.

Give us credit, we deserved the win. You barely had a sniff on goal...while we had more of the clearer chances to score. Your most dangerous attacks came from Sagna whipping in crosses that none of your attackers were quick enough to get to. That was it.

Man Utd were brilliant, they worked hard, were determined and took their chance well. Moyes' tactics worked perfectly well against us. It was the same last season at the Emirates against Everton

We also had our problems which I have mentioned in the Arsenal section but in the end United were just better and deserved the 3 pointsm

Congratulations to Man Utd fans, just as I predicted a few weeks ago you're back in for the title.

You played against an injury depleted team at home who just had to play the second best teams in the Premier league & Bundesliga while Manure played one of the worst team in the Premier league, and the worst team in the Champions league, Real sosobad Laughing We could've easily drawn at the end and nobody could say that would be an unfair result. So 'deserve' to win? No, but you won though. You can get credit for your first big win of the season, but the manor of victory wasn't anything to write home about or enough to convince anyone that you're challenging for the title this year. Come back when you can beat Real sosobad maybe we can talk Laughing

If we had done the same thing as United did today, I would be saying we deserved to win. Even if you don't have many chances yourself, if you can get a lead and prevent the opposition from having a clear scoring opportunity then you generally deserve to get something from the game.

There's certainly no out-and-out favourite for the title this season. Most of the contenders seem to be struggling with consistency. Chelsea, Spurs, City and ourselves could our next games and United and Liverpool could lose and nobody would be surprised. In that sense, tonight's result doesn't really concern me much.

Tired of that excuse. It's no ones fault but our own for so frequently being depleted. What other top team losses two or three players to injury and then is depleted and can't score goals or win games? Management left us vulnerable where united is built to win in those long cold months playing multiple big games a week, simple as that. Moyes seems to know how to counter our gameplan and wenger had no answer
