chelski are c*nts, they not only stopped us from strengthening but they will sell him after 1-2 seasons to make some profit

lol, well, I was wondering would Chelsea not spend now that they're selling Mata for big bucks, didn't think that they needed anyone, but I guess the money's burning a hole in their pocket already. I don't mind if they sign Salah, don't want us to compete with Abramovich's wealth, there are other players out there and not even Chelsea can sign them all

All that if Salah is actually joining them instead of us, we'll see.

I dont care if we win the title or not, but when they come to Anfield, I hope we defeat them and that plays a big role in losing them the title

Would make more $, and would operate on the right flank so would get more games than Mata.

Could potentially win the league too...

EDIT: Keep in mind he's not going to be guaranteed first team at Liverpool, either.

SAS aren't getting dropped, and Salah will have to compete against both Sterling and Coutinho.

Rodgers says nothing imminent on Salah and we are looking at several players.

Every other person says Salah to Chelsea done betwee 12-16m

Couldn't care about salah not coming, as long as BR gets what we need this can still be a good window.

While there's certainly a bitter taste in my mouth for the way Chelsea played us in the Salah issue, I think we will be better off if we get a R/LWB and a cover for Lucas.

Yeah, that's how I feel, too, not too bothered about Salah going to Chelsea. But I definitely expect us to sign someone now. We had plenty of time to get Salah before Chelsea stepped in and completed their deal in quickfire style. The chance was right there to strengthen the squad but we didn't take it while we could. I don't mind that as long as it wasn't our only target and plan.

People actually thinking we'll sign any body AHAHAHAHAHAHHA

I wouldnt have cared so much about signing someone this window but now that Gleno and Lucas both are injured, I hope we have some plan to cope up with those two losses

Not buying this "it's hard to sign players in January" crap. They had a job to do. They have a little over a week to fix the problems. They already put us a bad position in the summer...

Stalled for Mkhitaryan and let Dortmund in it. (Although I guess third party played apart too.)
Stalled for Siggurdson and Spurs stole him from us.
Stalled for Salah and now Chelsea got him.
Stalled for Willian and then Spurs stole him after Chelsea stole him off them. (Still in the belief that we dodged a bullet.)
Stalled for Dempsey and then went 6 months with just Suarez in the final third. (Still in the belief that we dodged a bullet for this one too.)
 
How long before we "give in" and just offer that little extra of 1-2m to guarantee and get the player needed in?
 
Sometimes you just have to over pay to get the right player in.

EDIT: Keep in mind when I say over pay, I don't mean splash 35m on another Carroll. So yeah, when I say over pay, I don't mean at a high extreme like that where we pay double the amount of the valuation of a player. (Carroll, Downing, Hendo etc.)

I think it depends on whom are we competing with, for Sahin we were against Arsenal and we did what we had to do to get him. Unfortunately didnt work out for us. Exactly same can be said about Spurs losing Willian to Chelea, probably things are like that in the current football market dominated by capitalism .

The thing which I hate is, the trend which ynwa mentioned other teams getting this thing 'they can easily beat us for any player for some reason'.

Time to offer £10m for Mulumbu or N'zonzi
