Just finished it, and I hadn't looked at this thread for spoilers til now! I too went with C, there was never even a flicker of a shadow of a doubt. Bravo Rockstar, take a bow. What a game!

Playing with Trevor AKA my future self is always great. Few things I would have done differently if I had a say in GTA though


More actual Heists: I found it very odd how after completing the first heist the game sort of teases you. Telling you that the more you use your crew members the better they become, and you may meet various other people to select for your crew.

Whislt they were both technically true, the fact is there was so very few heists. Infact, the 'hacker' and getaway driver positions were only used in the first and very last heist. It seems like they dropped the ball on that one.



Also, more mini-games and more individual stories would have been great after finishing the main campaign. Such as expanding Trevors business considering he's always trying to do that throughout the campaign. Although my hopes are high that DLC can fix this

Last of all, the money system is a bit of a mess on GTA


You have these side activities that earn a couple thousand dollars but there is absolutely no incentive to do them. Drive 4 miles and drop a stranger off to a cult for £1,000. But Not only does £1,000 buy you nothing, you very quickly become insanely rich on GTA


There needed to be loads more stuff to buy really, and they should have made the first heist later in the game. Because any side activities that earn cash become a complete time-waste especially after you pull off the first heist. Property management is pretty shit really. You earn 1/100th of the property cost every in-game week. So you have to play 101 weeks of in-game play before you see an actual profit.

X 100. Take a week or so off because saving the game and being wasted skips ahead a few hours each time

Still, that's ridiculous. You don't see any benefit in buying property until you're way, way past the main story.

The improved version of Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be out on November 18, according to the game's developer, Rockstar. The PC version will follow on January 27, 2015.

The company says the new edition of the massively popular game will contain new weapons, vehicles, activities, wildlife, and other technical advancements. Rockstar is promising at least 100 new radio songs, too.

Rockstar is also bumping up the GTA Online player limit to 30 for PS4/Xbox One players, they say, though there's still no word on when they'll be adding the much-requested heist system. There's also no word on if or when we'll ever see some sort of single-player downloadable content for Rockstar's ambitious open-world game.

As for single player DLC I highly doubt they won't do it. I mean GTA VI will be a long way away so they'll want to keep this one fresh and could easily squeeze 20-30 quid worth of DLC out of most GTA players over the next couple of years.

Rockstar always makes GOAT single player DLC. Lost and Damned/Ballad of Gay Tony on GTA 4 and Undead Nightmare on Red Dead Redemption were amazing, they set the bar for other single player DLCs in the genre. I really hope they did not scrap it for GTA 5. They did mention earlier that it was in development and would not feature new playable characters just Michael, Franklin and Trevor.

Yeah they were all absolutely amazing. Didn't feel like an awkward mini mission is was top notch, all of it.


I'd happily pay for 3 DLCs, one focusing on each of the characters.

I'd actually like a DLC set in the past too, playing as Trevor starting from him running away to sandy shores and starting up his meth dealing business.

It's cause they sold it up to be some epic experience but shit matchmaking and really awful missions meant it was nothing more than a casual piss about

Still plenty of players but it was nowhere near good enough competitive mode wise.

Worked hard and totally revamped the next gen versions, rather than give it a simple polish to cash in.

On the other hand you have Rockstar patching the PC version to remove the songs they removed/didn't release with the mobile+X360 versions of San Andreas.

No other company has actually removed content the way Rockstar just did and it could set an unwelcome precedent..
