Juventus expect Martin Caceres to be out of action for up to 40 days after knee surgery, the club have confirmed.

The Uruguayan went under the knife this morning to fix a meniscus problem he picked up on international duty.

The stopper will now rest before starting his rehabilitation programme later this week.
