Problem with Benzema is he's inconsistent. He done alright this season in terms of goals, however his overall play isn't the best. He often makes the wrong decision and loses the ball.

It's a new challenge for Benzema and it might do him good actually. He's probably bored and needs a new challenge and hence the inconsistency.

inconsistency breeds inconsistency. Not playing every minute and being a target of rumors had their tolls on his spirit and mind. Not every player is a fighter. Benzema can shine somewhere else where as he is being played second fiddle to Ronaldo which is fine, but you should dig deeper and maybe you would find that his dream all way along was to be the new zidane or some other world class player and he cant achieve this at Real Madrid whereas he is young enough and talented to try different paths. In fact, Arsenal is not a bad choice. They have my stamp of approval.

i actually think he is fighting alot at the moment but the idiot treatment he gets from the idiots at bernabeu has ruined his confidence

benzema is the kind of player who needs his confidence to perform and even when he scores or has good games he doesnt seem to regain the respect he deserves
