Do Chelsea have the best collection of Young Talent?

People might argue Bayern but I'd honestly take

Hazard, Oscar, De Bruyne, Van Ginkel, Courtois, Lukaku, Wallace, Schurrle, Chalobah, Moses, Piazon, McEachran and Loftus Cheek over anything they have to offer.

Keep in mind I never said Bayerns overall squad so the likes of Schweinsteiger, Muller, Lahm, Ribery, Robben, Neuer Martinez etc arent included.

I have to applaud the job Emenalo and his cronies have done. They've completely rebuilt the squad in only about 2/3 seasons and brought back the best manager in the game.

This group of youngsters look set for a period of dominance.

Most of them are championship scrubs tbf.

What's the use of having the best collection of young talent when half of them won't make the cut?

Too bad only 3/4 of those guys will actually make it at Chelsea. The rest will be shipped to Liverpool for dirt cheap and fulfill their potential. So I have to add that whenever I see Chelsea signing young players that they have no need of, I know I'm looking at a future Anfield legend.

Just because Mole doesn't rate some of your youngsters it doesn't mean you have to turn it into a Newcastle bashing debate

When you were on a holy mission to ridicule Juventus you didn't see me posting

half of them are scrubs (Piazon, McEachran, etc) and the other half won't ever cement their place in the team/be sold off before ever playing a league game in the shirt.

but yeah Chelsea do seem to do well when it comes to snapping up young talent and offering them ridiculous contracts.

While not answering the question, this is an actual credible counter question. It's a very impressive batch of young(ish) footballers and probably can rank among the best young talent currently in Europe. However, other than Hazard, Oscar, Lukaku, Courtois, Surely and to some extent Van Ginkel and Moses, the rest are just that, potential.

I applaud the route Chelsea is taking but I must question what exactly are they gonna do with all those youngsters.

Most of them apart from Moses are pretty talented. But they might as well start looking for a new club. They won't want to be ruined like McEachran.

anyone else think that when Chelsea go out and offer these youngsters ridiculous contracts like they have with piazon and loftus cheek its actually detrimental to their development?

whos to say if any or all will or will not continue at chelsea. no one is a fortune teller

what i can say is this group of chelsea youngsters is really exciting.
