Funny u should ask because actually u can.You will have to murder them though for it. Atleast that's what the Amendment third, section, 3 article 15 of Laws and Bylaws regarding Warning to users of Goal Legacy says.

RG thought it would be nice to start of with an apology to the community, so one will be arriving promptly as soon as my lawyer figures out using proxy's, he's having trouble accessing his account for some reason so he'll apologize as soon as he's done making another one.
I thought about apologizing myself, but my confidence coach doesn't think it would be beneficial to admit that I can do wrong, so he'll be joining me on the forum as well to guide the rebirth of my adventure here.
