United are a joke, i feel like they are only pursuing Cesc (and maybe Bale) to say "we tried".Moyes and everyone else in the world know that Barcelona arent going to let Cesc go atm

Spot on. I thinks the same too. Both Cesc and Bale are highly unlikely to leave this year and i do think United are trying to save face after Thiago debacle.

a new coach, a new backline (which will fail), and without Cavani they are hopeless. You cant really replace one of the best strikers in the world. Ofcourse, much is decided by the draw too.

But there is time before the end of the transfer market.

I don't see Napoli buying them both, honestly. At Liverpool, Inter and Chelsea, Rafa mostly played with a 4-2-3-1, with the guy playing behind the striker more in the midfielder mould.

Even if they sign both, I reckon Higuain/Damiao will be played out wide with Hamsik playing in the hole.

there must be reason to believe we can sign him if we have improved the bid, why is it so hard to believe barca would sell Cesc, Villanova is gone now, whoever they are bringing in could not want cesc, or barca could sell cesc and go get another player with the money they get for cesc...RVP and Cesc share the same agent I am pretty sure btw.

He can't join United. He has already signed for Arsenal.

Fiorentina never had Europe last season, they only have Europa next season, the Jojo money was mostly used in advance for Mario G so how exactly are they planning on spending another 20-30Million on the Midfield?

Black Cats manager Paolo Di Canio is on the lookout for another striker after loaning Danny Graham to Hull City this week, and is hoping to pull off a coup by landing Insigne.
