While I don't doubt Bale would wreck on the left side for you guys, it's becoming increasingly more evident he's a better player in other positions.

It's too early yet though, he only played a little more than half a season in the center/roaming.

Given AVB's switch to a 4-3-3 I expect to see him on the right. We'll see what he's made of in that position. I will judge at the end of this season.

Food for thought. Next season you could be buying Bale and playing him on the left when that's like buying Messi and playing him on the right you know?

Unfortunately I feel that we will outbid anyone trying to put a bid for Bale. Zidane and Perez both have a hard on for him and if he does at least as good this season as he did the last one, he's a RM player, regardless whether we need him or not.

I also can't understand United's insistence on Fabregas. Barca's already depleted midfield surely can't take another blow and yet another home product leaving - and that' after "coming back home".

There was growing speculation Arsene Wenger and Arsenal were set to announce their first major signing of the summer with Brazilian international Bernard. Many sources were reacting to ESPN reports of a deal being struck between the two clubs.
