Real Gunner with misleading post, article says that Thiago "could" choose bayern, and that he could be offered a contract of €4 million euros.

that's €2 million euros less then what United have reportedly offfered, plus more competition in midfield...

the apparent source for all this is based in Madrid as well

still all speculation

Pretty interested to see how Duefelou goes at Everton... Hopefully does enough to impress to still have a future with the club. Same with Bartra who is almost certain to go on loan...

Rumor from reasonable sources that Pep is looking to sell Kroos to Madrid for Khedira + 10 mil. Thiago coming would trigger this i guess.

Because Ozil, Isco, Kaka, Jese, Di Maria, Ronaldo and the remote 1% possibility of Bale is obviously not enough attacking midfielders. Let's not mention that Modric, Benzema and Morata can all play in that position as well.....

Personally, i'd like to get illaramendi and kondogbia this year and then Gundogan next year. Only give up Khedira when we get Gundogan. With Carvajal and Marcelo, i think we need 2 mids that are good at recovering balls and playing defense... Let Carvajal and Marcelo do what they do best.

Carlo thinks that way too a bit. But he doesn't have the midfield horses.

Well, I just read up on the PK from the Bayern training camp:

Pep would love to sign Thiago Alcantara, but it is in the hands of Sammer and Rummenigge now whether it will come to fruition. Other than Alcantara he doesn't need any player.

No word about Toni Kroos yet.
