There is no way in hell that Michu won't play AM.....

Playing Michu out wide is about as pointless as Cisse out wide.

i'd hope so seeing as Nani only made 17 appearances in all competitions, compared to Lennon's 48

Lennon can't lace Nani's boots when he's on his day

I haven't been able to understand this, so maybe you can help.  I always hear these opinions about Nani from ManU fans (that he's class, a very good player, etc) and based on what I've watched I agree... So why did he get so little playing time (even outside of the injury) and why is he being moved on for such a low fee?  What happened that made Fergie want to replace him in the starting 11 and caused him to lose so much value?  It doesn't make sense to me when everyone rates him so highly.

Contract issues, he is in the last year of his deal now and when trying to sign an extension last year little progress was made, probably due to wage demands, asking for a lot more money when he's inconsistent and was injured last year, and when he did play last year didn't show he was the Nani of 2/3 years ago when he was United's Player of the Year, disappeared in most matches he played in last year TBH....was a boss those in the Madrid game till he got that undeserved red card.

i hope we keep him especially the fact that we aren't linked with any wingers right now, he offers more then Valencia, Young....Zaha is still young and not ready to start week in and week out. He is dynamic in the fact he can either push out side or cut in off the wing from either side and play both wings although he is better on the right

that makes more sense, i didn't know about the contract issues. shame he's fallen off (although i'm always happy about united players dropping in quality Laughing)

Basel defender Aleksandar Dragovic hopes Inter can “reach an agreement quickly” for his transfer.

The 22-year-old centre-back is valued at approximately €7m and is losing patience.

“Inter represent a great club, so it would be a dream for me to wear the Nerazzurri jersey,” he told Swiss media Blick.

“The two clubs are negotiating right now and I hope they can reach an agreement quickly. I stay and wait for further developments with the hope of joining Inter.

“For now I will play for Basel, even if it’s not easy with all these thoughts of Inter in my head.”

Decisive hour for the transfer of Kevin Strootman to Rome. The parties are getting closer and closer, the deal is in the pipeline. The midfielder in recent days had already accepted the target, and the Giallorossi are now tightening with PSV-Di Marzio.

Marotta just fkn pay the 30m and wrap up the Jovetic deal ffs....

he acts too cheap, we offered 22m they rejected, now that we have 8m from Giach deal, Marotta and his fans have no excuse....

- Jovetic wants Juve

- 8m + 22m [initial offer] = 30m

- 30 m = Jovetic release clause

ffs....

Santos apparently cant afford Robinho due to 'exorbitant' demands from both player and club.According to Di Marzio.

Santos abandon Robinho move

It’s reported Santos have abandoned their attempts to sign Robinho, citing financial difficulties, so he will remain at Milan.

At this stage it is also likely the player will sign a contract extension, as otherwise he’ll be a free agent in June 2014.

The Brazilian club has been negotiating for his return since January, but matters came to a head this evening when they held a board meeting.

Despite Milan lowering the price-tag to €7m and Robinho accepting a cut in his wages, the financial burden of the move proved too much for Santos.

They had complained that Robinho wanted to include commissions for his father and lawyer, plus Santos hiring his personal trainer. A statement is expected soon.

The striker appeared to confirm the move was off on Twitter by posting a picture of himself in the Milan locker room clutching the Champions League.

This could be considered a problem for the Rossoneri, who stated they will not sign Adem Ljajic from Fiorentina unless Robinho is sold first.

PSG could be about to tempt Roma into selling Marquinhos for €30m, sending Thiago Silva to Barcelona.

According to Sky Sport Italia this evening, Paris Saint-Germain have presented a huge offer for the 19-year-old defender.

It more than covers the €25m that Roma want for the player, as confirmed by an ‘overheard’ conversation between Roma directors Walter Sabatini and Claudio Fenucci.

That scandal erupted on Tuesday night when the club announced legal action against a radio station that had aired the discussion.

They claimed it came from a wiretapped phone call, while the radio insisted one of the men had simply forgotten to hang up after an interview.

If PSG do pay the €30m for Marquinhos, then it is extremely likely they’ll allow Thiago Silva to join Barcelona.

yh he probably will be. Pretty interesting though as they will then have 3 strikers if Dzeko stays. maybe he will play his favourite 4-2-2-2 with Jovetic and Kun starting and Dzeko/Guidetti being back ups

PSG will probably announce the Cavani buy soon leaving Higuain, Damiao, Negrito and possibly Dzeko/Suarez for 4 clubs

Can see Negrito going to Spurs and Damiao to Napoli the rest is a mystery. Chelsea might shove £50mill down liverpools throat to get Suarez. Can see both dzeko and higgy staying at their clubs leavibg arsenal with Gomis Laughing
