I haven't been able to understand this, so maybe you can help. I always hear these opinions about Nani from ManU fans (that he's class, a very good player, etc) and based on what I've watched I agree... So why did he get so little playing time (even outside of the injury) and why is he being moved on for such a low fee? What happened that made Fergie want to replace him in the starting 11 and caused him to lose so much value? It doesn't make sense to me when everyone rates him so highly.

Jojo will keep refusing, but only for so long. If he feels it's City or Fio, I wouldn't blame him for picking City because he clearly doesn't want to stay.

The way I see it, no matter what Roma do they have too much ground to cover in terms of competing for a top 3 spot anytime soon.

They had their chance with new projects when the rest of the league was mostly a shambles, and they blew it.

Now it's going to take a monumental effort to sort it out anytime soon.

For more information: The Tottenham deal with Halilovic and Jedvaj had a fee agreed but the families of the players called it off since the players were "not yet ready" for a move to a stronger league (particularly Halilovic's family). Since it was a double deal for 20 million euros, this leaves Jedvaj free to move to Roma if the fee is right and the family is OK with it.

Contract issues, he is in the last year of his deal now and when trying to sign an extension last year little progress was made, probably due to wage demands, asking for a lot more money when he's inconsistent and was injured last year, and when he did play last year didn't show he was the Nani of 2/3 years ago when he was United's Player of the Year, disappeared in most matches he played in last year TBH....was a boss those in the Madrid game till he got that undeserved red card.

i hope we keep him especially the fact that we aren't linked with any wingers right now, he offers more then Valencia, Young....Zaha is still young and not ready to start week in and week out. He is dynamic in the fact he can either push out side or cut in off the wing from either side and play both wings although he is better on the right

He's way too inconsistent, keeps getting linked with Juventus and I really wouldn't want to have him around.

There are reports Stevan Jovetic’s agent is meeting with Manchester City today after they offered Fiorentina €32m.

The proposal is slightly more than the €30m buy-out clause and takes the bid to £27.5m.

According to Calciomercato.com, Manchester City have dived in with the potentially-winning offer and a contract worth €4.5m per season net plus performance-related bonuses.

It is claimed that agent Fali Ramadani is in England for a meeting with Manchester City directors this afternoon.

Fiorentina are more than happy with the situation, but both clubs must convince Jovetic to give up on his Juventus dream.

The Montenegro international repeatedly confirmed he wants to join the Bianconeri, but they are so far refusing to stump up the €30m cash needed for the deal.

On Tuesday night Fiorentina President Andrea Della Valle warned “they can give us €30m cash or nothing at all. Otherwise, we’ll give him to someone else.
