Seriously I don't want him to come. He will get his career destroyed, with Bale coming, Ozil being better and Ronaldo in front of him.

Isco can't play on the right, he is mainly a LW, Ozil is better than him, and on the left wing it's impossible, as Ronaldo doesn't want to play ST. If Modric leaves(hopefully), he will have much more game time.

Isco was occasionally playing on the right for Spain and cutting in. Isco would be coming in from the right and linking up with others.

Great signing, finally we have proper competition for Özil. Özil has had 2 inconsistent seasons, and if he has one this year again, I could easily see Isco replacing him. Otherwise I can see Özil going to the wing and Isco in the middle, similair to how we used Kaka and Özil together.

I think we've been in need of a AM like Isco, Kaka was supposed to fill that role but he failed. Let's see how Isco does becouse I'm confident he will succeed if he comes. Nothing is granted yet so we can't assume and plan he will come, but just by the looks of it, it seems like a done deal though.

If Ronaldo signs a new contract and we do great as a team next season we wont buy bale so spurs can keep their overpriced one tricky ponytail or sell him to united

I like the 1st formation and could see Ancelotti doing something like that (4-2-2-2). Other CF would be obviously Benzema since Higgy is leaving.

We could easily shift to 4-2-3-1 in case CR or Benzema gets injured. Backups for Isco and Özil wouldn't be ideal though, specially Callejon, and wouldn't mind to find a proper backup.

edit: I forgot we also have Modric so he would be obviously better choice than Callejon or Di Maria to AM position.

Modric is a CM so it'd be:

perhaps you should actually count all the stats correctly before deciding, perhaps people like me will get better understanding of why he was better

Stats are great and all but they can only convey so much especially for certain players. I'm terrible in looking them up. And there's no doubt Ozil has better stats than Isco. I'd be surprised if it was the other way around.

Ozil wasn't up to snuff this season compared to his previous two.

yea, stats only tell so much, not the whole story.

it doesnt show how many chances he creates were players missed as well as other aspects.

but why do supports of madrid always doubt players so much. players who have proven themselves so often. Yes madrid always wants the best but we have to understand that these are athletes, humans not robots.

As soon as someone has an off game, we supports are quick to shout 'get rid of him' or 'we wasted our money on him'. We need to stop this nasty trait.

He's somewhat different from Ozil - already better in front of goal and running at defenses but doesn't have the range or defense splitting ability. They can compliment each other if they both see the ball enough. Ozil should be the attacking initiator - he is the attacking initiator at Malaga - he won't respond well to being deprived of that.

I don't see him setting up on the right and I don't see him coming if that's clear that it's his role.

I don't think anyone has hinted at selling Ozil, I know I haven't.

But the truth is that overall the team had a poor season. Certain players had below par performances throughout the season.
Ozil is the only player that plays CAM. Who's his competition? Kaka?

Modric can play in Ozil, but he prefers to be CM. which means if Ozil's form dips we are stuck. Isco may or may not start but I think he'd be a great addition
