Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.III - Page 33 Empty Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.III

We're all waiting for the first piece of the CF/striker domino to fall... i think once one of the pieces if off the chess board, clubs will get more aggressive. Right now, it's a massive game of posturing.

Everyone's meeting everyone, good vibes all around... Yet nothing is happening Laughing

There something else in the equation.... Madrid want one of Vidal and Pogba if not now, in the future. I could easily see Madrid getting a future option to buy or a right of first refusal in exchange for accepting installments...

Madrid accepted the installments and that kind of payment. Agnelli and your president are close friends. even your president admitted that we are friends and that if we want him something will be done. Madrid are not getting Vidal any time soon, as for Pogba maybe but not in the next 3-4 years

They haven't accepted anything yet Devi.

Cadena Ser, who is also good in terms of media in Spain (not perfect obviously Laughing), have said that Madrid offered Higuain + cash + exhibition games to Napoi for Cavani today.

There are so many rumors and several from relatively credible sources... it just seems that Madrid are listening to all offers and not shutting the door on anyone. I don't expect Higuain to be dealt for a while unless there's an offer that Madrid cannot refuse.

Friendship is irrelevant to business.

that's ridiculous, players at top level are all very close in terms of level, and price nowadays is not a reflection of abilities.

I will repeat it again, cavani and suarez or even falcao, would have looked a lot weaker if they had had to endure the rotation policy mourinho ran with higuain and benzema. CFs are not meant to be rotated so much, otherwise they play at half their potential. Suarez and Cavani both play for lesser clubs that couldnt afford better, and built their whole teams around their CFs. something that never happened for Higuain at madrid. you will see when he moves and has a team built around him, just how good he is, his numbers wont be much different from cavani's and suarez.

two years ago, Gomez was lighting up bundi, 40 a season, now his value went down because he is on the bench and people have concluded that he is not good. it's all circumstances and perceptions.

Sky is pretty good in Italy. I remember their coverage of the whole Ibra+Silva transfer and it was pretty good... although too emotional at times. But that's Italy lol.

Anyhow, if Higuain goes to Juve, then Jovetic is out i gather?

We'll have to agree to disagree tbh. Suarez is out of this world

Marotta: 'No Higuain without Coach'

Juventus director Beppe Marotta confirms talks with Real Madrid for Gonzalo Higuain are blocked “until they have a new Coach.”

Marotta and President Andrea Agnelli had a lunch meeting with Real Madrid chief Florentino Perez and FIFA agent Ernesto Bronzetti this afternoon in the Spanish capital.

“Right now Higuain is not on the transfer market, as Real Madrid are waiting until they have a new Coach,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia.

“The moment this decision is made official, then we will meet them again with pleasure.”

Meanwhile, there are reports that Real Madrid are willing to spread the payment over several instalments, but that the €22m offer was too low.

Arsenal are said to have proposed €24m for the Argentina striker.

Real are without a tactician since parting company with Jose Mourinho, as first choice Carlo Ancelotti is struggling to break free of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Juve and Conte want two striker from Tevez,Jovetic,Higuain. Jovetic is the main objective and the reason why we are so cheap and saving is that because we'll get two Very Happy

We signed Llorente to so we'll end up with Llorente , x , Jovetic, Giovnco, Matri/Vucinic.

Plus Jovetic is like ADP can play CF or SS it's same for him. Conte loves St's that can combine Smile

Fiorentina director Sandro Mencucci has stated that goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano will not be with the club next season.

The 27-year-old Italian international joined his hometown club from Palermo last season, with an option to purchase the former Bologna shot stopper for €7.5 million.

“Viviano is a really good lad and I have great affection for him,” Mencucci told Radio Blu.

“But the question of whether he will stay or not is a different matter. He probably won’t stay in Florence because of financial reasons.”

The Florence native has been heavily linked with a move to Roma as the Giallorossi are looking to replace Maarten Stekelenberg after his departure to Fulham.

Viviano appeared in 32 league games for the Viola last season.

Agent Eris Kismet confirmed Fiorentina sent their top scouts to check on Benteke during the last couple of weeks of the Premier League season.

He said: “They are one of many clubs showing an interest but we are waiting to hold more talks with Villa when Christian finishes playing with the national team and returns from a holiday.”

Zenit St. Petersburg have opened discussions with AC Milan regarding Ignazio Abate for a second time after failing to land the Italian back in January.

According to Russian newspaper Izvestia there have been ongoing contacts between Zenit’s hierarchy and Abate’s agent Andrea D’Amico.

The Russian club are willing to offer Milan €3 million (£2.5 million) and a four-year deal to the defender.

Abate’s agent has revealed that an agreement was almost reached with Zenit in January before the deal collapsed.

“Even last January we were very close to landing in Russia, but the negotiations failed for reasons which I can not talk about. Sure the leak did not help the deal,” D’Amico told Izvestia.

“Having said that, at the moment I can not exclude new contacts between the clubs.”
