Surag wrote:Di Marzio says Mario Gomez has said YES to Fiorentina and it seems he is very fascinated by their project.
Well if Gomez really wants to move there i think i'm sure Bayern would facilitate a move for him as they dont really need the money. Also i guess Florence is a better city to live in than Naples.
Still rumors at this stage though.
Vehemently disagree with this, however I will admit I'm biased.
Very interesting rumour however, though the plans would have to be provisionary at best. Any move from Fiorentina would be entirely dependent upon Jovetic leaving and Fiorentina getting cash in hand as is their wish. How they plan on handling his wages is another question, as well as their need to replace Pizarro - who is far more important to the team than Jovetic - if the rumours of his departure are true.
I'm still personally hoping to see Gomez go to Napoli - who will offer him Champions League football - however still not convinced that we will see Gomez arrive in Italy full stop, though I'd welcome him into the league.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.III
First job as Palermo manager?
Going to have a sack under his belt before his 2nd job then.
That insane old man could be in the CL through default and expect his manager to win it with a bunch of 15 year olds ffs.
Good Luck Genaro, you're going to need it.

Wow, two brazilians international signed by Shakhtar: Fernando and Wellington Nem! (via @Fernando_Duarte )
Fernando_Duarte
Double coup by Shakhtar: they sign midfielder Fernando and winger Wellington Nem almost on the same day. #exodus
Good stuff.
Fernandinho to City then.

Oh yea? I've only seen him play a few games but he seemed pretty solid. Whats your opinion on him? From what I saw he was better than Masch who as of now is our starting CB next season lol

Who does Fernando play for
Shakhtar might have a deal with a third party ownership of Brazilians now that I think about it lol
Unless Shakthar is added to Fifa, I won't be able to use Wellington Nem anymore

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.III
Skrtel linked with Napoli, his agent, Karol Csonto to Tutto Mercato.

Roma have reportedly turned down a €20 million offer from Real Madrid for defender Marquinhos.
The 19-year-old Brazilian has enjoyed a breakthrough season at the Giallorossi and has subsequently attracted the attention of a number of top European clubs.
Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are believed to have been tracking the centre-back all campaign, and the latter have now made a formal offer, according to La Gazetta dello Sport.
____________________________________________
Monaco offer Daniel Agger 4 year deal, according to L'Equipe.
_______________________________________________
Roma held talks with Laurent Blanc last night about becoming their new Coach, reports L’Equipe.
______________________________________________
Spanish newspaper Marca is reporting that Manchester City are readying a substantial bid for Real Madrid defender Pepe.
Incoming Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini values the Portuguese defender highly and he is prepared to offer around €25 million for his services.
The Citizens are also looking to double the player’s current wage, meaning he would be earning €7 million per campaign at Etihad.
______________________________________________
Roma look set to tie up a deal for Udinese’s Mehdi Benatia and have included Andrea Bertolacci in the transfer.
The 26-year-old Moroccan international has been courted by a number of Serie A’s top sides, but it seems the Giallorossi have won the race for his signature.
According to Il Messaggero, the capital club will cough up €7 million plus their half of young forward Bertolacci.
___________________________________________
Montpellier president Louis Nicollin has claimed that Aston Villa are one of five clubs to have made a bid for midfielder Younes Belhanda.
The highly-rated Moroccan international has admitted he would like to move to England, and had been strongly linked with Arsenal and Tottenham in recent weeks.
But Nicollin has now revealed that Villa are currently the only bidders from the Premier League for the 23-year-old, who is set to leave the Ligue 1 outfit.
"He is leaving," Nicollin told LeSport10. "There are four or five clubs that have come in. It is now down to the player to choose now because we are almost in agreement with the clubs. He will leave for 14-15 million euros."
Asked if the offers were concrete, he replied: "Yes. From AC Milan, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid, Galatasaray and Aston Villa.
"We have no problem now, he [Belhanda] has the authority to agree with whoever he wants now."
"It is too easy to say, but if there are contacts from the light blues then we will begin to evaluate them", he said.
"Napoli are a great club and Benitez is a great coach, but Skrtel is a Liverpool player and for this reason he is expected to be there for the upcoming season."
And Csonto could very well imagine a deal happening if the right bid landed at Anfield.
"A departure could happen if Liverpool were to receive an important offer, but at the moment no official proposals have arrived."

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.III
it really is a managerial black hole.
You see these men going back two, even three times within a season or two.
Not a chance I'd go back to that shambles of a club.

Granero will leave QPR, according to his agent.

Spanish football expert Axel Torres says Arsenal have a pre contract agreement with David Villa.

Sevilla are reportedly close to reaching an agreement with recently-relegated side, Real Zaragoza over the transfer of Portuguese international striker, Helder Postiga, who the Andalusians will bring in as a low-cost substitute to striker Alvaro Negredo, who is likely to leave the club this summer.
"QPR will have to part ways with a number of highly paid players following their relegation from the Premier League," he told Izvestia.
"Among those players listed is the name of my client. Basically, we have to find a new club."

Nerman has been confirmed to have cost 57 mil by Josep Maria Bartomeu, VP of Barca: "The total cost of the transaction was 57 million spread across several parties: DIS, Teisa and Santos. Initially, the club thought the cost would be around 40 million and put 10 million in escrow. But the interference of other clubs caused the price to rise."

Good lord no.
Speaking of Negredo:
@davidjaca: Sevilla's President Del Nido confirms West Ham bid €17m for Álvaro Negredo, and it was rejected. #WHUFC
Also, this might be of interest for Liverpool fans:
@davidjaca: Del Nido says Sevilla have had NO contact from Liverpool over Luis Alberto, and that he'll likely return to club after loan. #LFC

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours Mk.III
Koscielny has a good few months after some horror shows, now he thinks he's the best player at the club or something and everybody else around him is dragging him back?
He's in a CL club, he's not some sort of world class CB. He has a cheek to imply that Arsenal aren't ambitious enough for him.

That quote is taken out of context though.
Nothing wrong with a player showing ambition, don't know what's so funny about this.
As long as a player gives 100% to the team, I won't give a rat's ass about his intentions.
