On a side note it wouldn't surprise me if Juve buy Jovetic and Higuain, sell all the other forwards like Matri, Quags and maybe even Giovinco and then be left with Jovetic, Higuian, Llorente and Vucinic.

I'd say for my own peace of mind we get a 5th striker, obviously nothing special but the Anelka mould.

Old, willingly riding the bench, moderately low wages but can actually play football if need be.


Vucinic had a whole load of illness + injury concerns all over this season. Jovetic is fairly prone to injuries himself.

That leaves two strikers who don't have noticeable injury problems. But I would feel uneasy about having 4 people for two spots when two of them are known for having problems.

Get Luca Toni back ffs.

I forgot to add; I don't want a potentially very good youth striker riding our bench and wasting away either.

I can see him doing very well at United, I think that would be fantastic for him.

There's too much interest for him to come to Juventus, Fiorentina would sell to anyone but.

Di Marzio says Mario Gomez has said YES to Fiorentina and it seems he is very fascinated by their project.

Well if Gomez really wants to move there i think i'm sure Bayern would facilitate a move for him as they dont really need the money.Also i guess Florence is a better city to live in than Naples.

Still rumors at this stage though.

Very much doubt it.

The last thing Juve are going to do is completely revamping the attack.Marotta himself said he is looking for a gradual change than a complete overhaul.

Juve will sign one striker but i atleast hope this time they execute Plan A(Higuain,Tevez and the likes) rather than settling for Plan C,D,F in the end like the past 3 summers.

Juventus or Arsenal ? Juve werent going to pay 30m regardless i think most Juve fans here knew this.Besides he is not even worth 25 let alone 30.

If they arent going to budge from that asking price then so be it.I wouldnt lose any sleep over losing him anyways.

His fragile body could serve United well in the physical EPL.
