Random twitter reports from school teachers and wums get multiple pages of discussion and legitimate reports from reputable sources that discuss plans for players get ignored... Kolo is clearly not on 90k (and most likely not even 75k) given his planned role. Papa is still the primary target and expected starter. Kolo will be a squad player on squad wages. Stop knee-jerking to random rumours from the least reliable source (twitter/the internet) ever.

That's what Sepi's claiming a journo said. I've not seen it stated anywhere else though so take it with the same grain of salt as the other rumors.

Well we've been linked with both Atsu and Aspas repeatedly since our season ended. Could be some concrete truth to it.

If the Aspas reports are true, okay, nice.

No need to fret over Suarez just because some quotes. How many times we've been there already that he gets quoted on stuff like that? It's possible that he'll leave but quotes like that won't tell us anything, imo.

I think it's just carelessness, but since this isn't the first time it's also dumb.

Those talks were already reported by Bascombe and others, and left Rodgers and Liverpool staff MORE confident that Suarez would be here next season rather than LESS.

My guess is that Suarez is open to a move or to staying for at least another season, and will be happy enough with either outcome. That leaves if up to Liverpool to decide his value and whichever club(s) is/are pursuing him to meet that valuation. Should they fail to do so Suarez will remain a Liverpool player in September. Given the club's stance it's going to take a huge bid to make us consider accepting... something well and above what we received for Torres.

Only time will tell if I'm correct and if so which path this takes, but at the moment I'm not too concerned.
