Inter and Juve in Rooney Chase
Wayne Rooney is thought to be on the market for Manchester United, so Inter andJuventus are reviving their interest in the striker.
The England international was surprisingly left on the bench for Tuesday’s 2-1 Champions League defeat to Real Madrid. Speculation has been rife that this means a split is imminent and several British newspapers are confident he will be released for around £20m.
While Manchester City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, PSG and Anzhi are all thought to be interested in Rooney, Serie A clubs are also to be included. Inter have long been admirers of the former Everton star and could well invest over the summer, especially after Diego Milito’s season-ending injury and the sale of Wesley Sneijder to Galatasaray.
Juventus have already snapped up Fernando Llorente on a free transfer from Athletic Bilbao for next season. They are still on the look-out for a so-called ‘top player’ in attack, so Rooney would be a big coup as they aim to make themselves Champions League mainstays.

Beggars cant be choosers.I'd take him as he'd a massive upgrade over our current strikers besides it doesnt mean this move were to materialize either ways.

Exactly. At anything around eur20 or less, Rooney would be a bargain for his age. In 34 appearances, he has 18 goals and 12 assists. If you honestly don't want that type of player at Juve, you're crazy.
I don't see him every leaving Man U, but let's not pretend that he isn't a great player.
