Anyone played on legendary yet? The AI pressure at times is like the last 10 minute pressure you get when you're winning on old FIFA's.

Will try that tomorrow. best thing to use is a lobbed ball to pass the wall of attackers.

That's another thing that peaked my interest.... in the PES leaked demo which was set to Superstar difficulty they pressed you like lunatics.

Seeing that info would make the career mode more enjoyable.

Only the teams who press in real life should be able to press like that. Barca/Dortmund.

Nah lol if you're on legendary mode it's supposed to be very difficult.

Yeh it should be difficult, but not unrealistic.

One thing is clear, the A.I is 10 times better and sharper than FIFA 13.

What difficulty you advise guys? i'm playing on Beginner and while i like the look of it its far too easy lol.

thats not an actual difficulty brah where it asks you on booting up the game. that just makes ur default difficulty settings suck.


Go on game settings before u start the actual match

It goes;

Amateur, semi-pro, pro, WC, legendary


go semi-pro for 10 games.

Go Pro, then WC, then Legendary.

Ameteur and semipro for a quick warmup and feel for the game.

Can't wait to get sick of the soundtrack in 2 months time lol

I'm undecided tbh.... i notice the changes you guys talk about but its not as rewarding as i thought it would be.

Maybe i need to play more but its still too fast paced, still no real midfield battle and the through balls are still OP as f*ck.

It's definitely slower and more possession based the previous FIFA's. I mean in FIFA 13 players glide across the pitch and it's all end to end counter-attacking.

I'm not looking for a pure tempo setting shitstorm tbh

I want a nice balance, and a balance where pace is only a deciding factor if you make shitty decisions and push too far up.

just played the demo, first game got raped by Milan whilst using Dortmund {didn't realize it was on tactical defending which am not that great at)

second game beat them 1-0

my views:

its sad that EA finally make a game like this prolly as a farewell for ps3]

hopefully the main one is as good as this....

- midfield battles finally present
- pace abusers n UT are doomed

- finally u feel player personality, unlike other fifas where its more like similar players say Bale and Ronaldo play similarly

- but i have a feeling complainers are gonna spring up soon with a new story about the strength thing..... strong strikers are those who run the joint in this game

my few complaints is he stupid AI substitutions:

game was 0-0 75min and Milan take Balotelli out for Pazzini also Montolivo for Muntari :lol

Fifa must fix this stuff.....

nearly ordered but thought I'd just save my money and wait to get it on the ps4 since I would get it....

also i enjoy how when you are on the offense almost all your players move up giving you so many attacking options......

I share the same opinion.

In addition, I think after playing the PES demo, you feel that there is less identity (Team and Player) in Fifa compared to PES. The game is an improvement in a way although I don't like the change in direction of players, reminds me of PES 2011. However, the midfield battle is a huge plus and pace abusing is probably less likely now.

Yeah there is definite less identity, i think that's one of the main reasons i don't find it enjoyable to play when playing against the computer.

I'd probably enjoy it more with mates or against people online tbh.

I played one game and I agree with you. But since I was wiping the floor with everyone on FIFA 13 it is normal that I am afraid of change.

I will give it a shot tomorrow again. I will end up getting it even if I hate it

Of course my observations are based on multiplayer. I haven't played FIFA on single player since 2008.
