How many goals has Kroos scored this season ? Seemed to have banged in quite a few in the video i just saw.Some quality strikes too.

He's our best artillery and afaik the only one in the team encouraged to shoot from distance.

Tactical questions:

Will Wenger resort to his 442 pressing or take advantage of van Buytens weak build-up play forcing the ball to him by pressing as 4231?

How will Wenger deal with Bayerns overloading of wings / the free role Ribéry has?

How will Wenger deal with Bayerns being strongest where Arsenal is weakened?

Just how fast are Walcott and Alaba? Will we see them disappear in a trail of flames amd see them reappear at the Allianz?

Will Heynckes play an offside-trap with the slower van Buyten starting? (something I forgot to pay attention to in FCB's recent games, but in the hinrunde the offside trap was used little to none)

Can Mertesacker deal with Mandzukiç, Dante, Van Buyten and Martinez at set pieces?

I think Bayern are going to win by a 2 goal margain tonight, I hope Arsenal make a game of it but if they don't it could be good for Arsenal, they might realise it's time for a change.

Wenger and the players been talking strongly about this match.

I feel we'll be up for this from the get-go. Maybe Wenger will start with Theo upfront and try to exploit van Buyten's "slowness". I also feel we'll be pressing them. And be cautious when Bayern is on the attack. We'd be doing it wrong if we play with a high line. So it will bw quite interesting to see the line-ups, especially ours, and how both teams will be approaching the game.

I'm excited about the match, even though I know if things go wrong we can get an ass-whipping. But I think we might juz pull out a good performance and edge out a victory.

2-1 to the Arsenal.

8; has pretty much Bayerns best shot, maybe even Germanys. Almost perfect technique. He does have his weaknesses, though. Doesn't have the best off-the ball movement, and for a CM his tackling is too bad, hence him being played at CAM, where Özil has the better movement.
Though Kroos is still one of the best 3 passers in Germany, and probably has the best shot on him as well. I just wish so hard that he'd improve his positioning, tackling, and reading of the defensive part of the game.

Well, after Idrisozet called him better than Messi I really didn't dare bring Kroos' name up. But he does tend to get under-apreciated, which is understandable. After all Müller scores just as many wonder goals, Schweinsteiger is almost as much of a playmaker for Bayern, and Ribéry and Alaba are so much of a joy to watch this season... Not much of a surprise if any player gets overlooked every now and then in that squad.

Jebus, this game is boring. It has been one sided match from Bayern so far, looking quite dominant upfront to the middle, while Arsenal lacking the support for the final third and that extra man just to beat Bayerns flank markers to either go for cross in the box or cut in. Anyway might hit the shed now.
