Nishank, that smile from Natale was really one mischievous but also looked with purpose. The match was boring except BR ball incident and this last smile from Natale.Thank god he did not play more minutes.
One more interesting thing was 'Hendo'. He seems to be developing and getting better under BR. His work rate was magnificent. His runs were so helpful almost all the time when he did run behind the defense. In 65th minute, he would have almost got second with that side foot volley which Padelli saved. I think he just needs to improve his passing and control with the ball, then he can be a very valuable asset for us.

Coates must get a game at some point, it's not right that Carragher gets the nod ahead of him pretty much every single time...

Happy for Henderson to score, his confidence perhaps needed it. I second what Hellmen Reds said above about Hendo, he is showing glimpses of class. It would be great if he developed into the midfield player we are hoping he has potential for.

So long as Carragher puts in solid performances it's hard to see him being dropped to 4th choice CB behind Coates. Unfortunately for Coates he made some mistakes in his earlier matches and it seems Rodgers took note of that, preferring Carra's experience to Coates's mobility. As Carragher will likely be retiring at the end of the season it shouldn't be an issue for that much longer.
