I hate Samsung's touchwiz, but the original Android UI on the Nexus phones is just top notch. I own a Nexus, and it's much more fun to use than an iPhone.

GS3 is better then Nexus 4 when stock is put on it, as it has LTE

BB10 is still a long way from being even the 3rd best OS (Windows OS).... but give it 1-2 hopefully it will be better. But it is still pretty interesting

Sony And Sony Ericsson phones look amazing but they rarely get updates, and when they do it months after everyone else

my brother has the Xperia U but he is still on Gingerbread, he still hasn't gotten ICS which is only available in some countries for that phone

Will prices dip once S4 hits the market in April?

Because I'm planning to travel I don't wanna buy a phone from a carrier (the carriers in my country suck). So I need it unlocked. I might be able to get it unlocked on my own but I don't know if that's advisable.

It is. Compared to alternatives from other brands, features and price wise this would be a good buy. Keep in mind that this is targeted at those who'll use this in more 'active' environments so don't expect the phone to be exactly pretty.

Front facing cameras are usually required if you are keen on video calling/skyping or if you like to take duck faced pics on your own.

Nah, I don't think I'll be Skyping/Video calling.

Also is a front facing camera just like a mirror? Because I don't think a mirror shows exactly what you look like, it's a reflection.

Whereas if you turned the phone around, set the timer on and took a photo, it'd be more accurate I guess?

get the nexus 4, $300-350 only and gets the newest updates first....only downside is no 4g

Yeah its kind of like a mirror but usually the front camera is just 1-2MPs so you can't really get a clear shot of yourself most of the time. It can be used in emergencies though

Can u do multi tasking in android?

Example, listen to Youtube in minimize mode..etc

you can do that in galaxy note, and having a minimized mode on a phone is stupid....it works on a big screen not a small one, you have limited screen space already and cutting that in half is not a good idea

Xperia U isn't getting the Jelly Bean update, however is it possible to access its files etc and put the update on?

depends if the xda community are able to do it.... atm you can add ics on your own but it's a long process, took me a while to get my brother X U unlocked and rooted
